Valerie has over 18 years experience working in dog grooming, previously working in a large veterinary hospital. And now running her own business “It’s a dogs life” from her home in Elmer.

She grooms most breeds, large or small from her purpose equipped grooming parlour with prices starting from as little as £10 depending on the size of the dog and the grooming requirements.

The grooming parlour is in a homely environment designed to provide a stress free experience for the dogs.

Only natural products are used and the time spent with each dog is flexibly adjusted according to their individual needs and requirements, such as rescue dogs that are nervous, or dogs with heavily matted coats needing more time.
